Complex Data Table with Filters

Create a comprehensive Data Table component using TanStack Table and Tailwind CSS. Features needed: 1. Top bar with a global search input and a 'Filter by Status' dropdown (Active, Pending, Failed). 2. Columns: Customer Name, Date (formatted MMM DD, YYYY), Amount (currency), Status (colored badge), and Actions (three-dot menu). 3. Pagination controls at the bottom (Previous, Page 1 of 10, Next). 4. Row hover effects. 5. Checkbox selection for bulk actions on the left.
